Gr. 2: Pets and farm animals

The contents for this unit are: 

- Vocabulary:  Pets: cat, kitten, dog, puppy, hamster, guinea pig, parrot, bird, turtle, fish.
                       Farm animals: cow, sheep, goat, pig, horse, hen, chicken, sheep dog.
                       Parts of body: tail, whiskers, feathers, wings, beak, shell, scales, paws.

- Grammar:  I have got + colour + animal (Ex: I have got a black cat)
                     The +animal + has got + parts of the body (Ex: The cat has got whiskers.)


Gr.3 : Food

The contents for this unit are: 

- Vocabulary: sandwiches, olives, crisps, lemonade, milk, burger, vegetables, salad, eggs, peaches, pears, chocolate, yoghurt, biscuits/cookies, soup, cheese...
                       Healthy/ Unhealthy food

- Grammar: I like
                    I don't like
                    Do you like...? Yes, I do// No, I don't

                   She/He likes
                   She / He doesn't like
                   Does he/she like ....? Yes, she/he does // No, he/she doesn't

Gr. 3 Clothes / To be

We have started learning about clothing and to be verb. The contents are:

Vocabulary: jeans, trousers/pants, trainers, shoes, socks, shirt, jumper, T-shirt, coat, cardigan, jacket, tights, cap, hat...

Grammar:

I'm wearing   (colour+ clothes)
She's wearing  (colour+ clothes)
He's wearing  (colour+ clothes)

Is he/she wearing...?   Yes, he/she is
                                     No, he/she isn't

To be: 
- I am
- She is
- He is
- They are

We have had a lot of fun reading this book. It’s a nice book to have at home to start reading in English .

Our new unit is about food. The contents we are going to learn are:

- Vocabulary: bread, ham, tomatoes, potatoes,salad, cereals, fish, soup, pasta, pizza, burger, cheese, rice, vegetables, ice cream, water, milk, juice....
