Grade 1: Classifying animals

Last week we classified the animals we know: 

So now, we know that some animals are big and others are small. Some animals have got 4 legs, some have got 2...And we also know what colour they are.

Grade 2: Funny faces!

Last week, we worked in groups to make funny faces. Then the children wrote a short description:

We are learning the parts of the face. So we need a photo of the face of a family member in order to describe it. Thank you!!

We have started Unit 2 "Our school". We are going to learn the different parts of the school and the school supplies.

The vocabulary is:
- Parts of the school: classroom, dining room, staff room, music room, toilet, playground, library, corridor.
- School objects: calculator, dictionary, folder, glue stick, sharpener, pencil case, felt-tip, rubber.

We have started Unit 2 "Parts of the face". We are going to learn the different parts of the face and describe ourselves.
The vocabulary is: face, hair, eyes, ears, mouth, nose, tongue, teeth, cheeks.

We have started Unit 2 "Wild animals". We are going to learn the following animals:

bear, elephant, leopard, monkey, snake, spider, tiger, turtle. 

We are going to learn what they can do (run, jump, roar, swim) and describe them ( colours, parts of the body...).
